Ever wondered what’s allowed during the directive known as “Safer At Home,” issued by the Los Angeles County, in conjunction with the cities of L.A., Pasadena and Long Beach?

To make our lives much easier, below is a list of permitted and restricted activities.

Essential activities

• Picking up groceries.
• Picking up medication and healthcare supplies:
  supplies of groceries are expected to remain available to the community. Items that are not available are expected to be replenished in the coming days.
• You may walk, hike or bike outside responsibly. Keep a distance of 6 feet between you and others. Watch for closure signs and obey the law.
• You may participate in outdoor activities that do not involve groups of individuals, while practicing social distancing.

Restricted activities

• You may not go to work unless you are providing essential services.
• You may not visit friends or family if there is no urgent need.
• You may not visit loved ones in the hospital, nursing home, skilled nursing facility or other residential care facilities.
• You may not gather in groups larger than 10 individuals.
