      • 11:00 am – 12:30 pm: Villa Parke Youth Soccer Inauguration Parade
        Over 70 teams of players ages 2-18 will participate in a season-opening parade (@ Villa Parke, Pasadena).

      • 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Itajime Shibori Dyeing Workshop with Tracy Nakayama
        The 2-hour workshop covers the technique of Itajime shibori, the art of indigo dyeing, and how to care for your finished textile (@ Armory Center For the Arts, Pasadena).
      • 3:00 pm: Family Blues Music Afternoon
        Brother Yusef, a master solo guitarist, will take you on a musical journey through the heart of blues (@ Linda Vista Branch Library, Pasadena).
      • 7:00 pm: Lineage Performing Arts Hosts Benefit Concert
        This program will feature cast members from Lineage’s upcoming production of Rent, as well as true stories of love told by various members of the Lineage community (@ Lineage Performing Arts Center, Pasadena).
