If you and your family are enjoying the FIFA World Cup, now is the perfect time to catch a match in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Just in time for Wednesday’s semifinal between England and Argentina, the San Gabriel Library invites you to join your neighbors for a free watch party at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 15.
The library will screen the match on a projector with a 4-by-6-foot screen, providing a clear view from anywhere in the Meeting Room. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:00 pm.
Refreshments, sponsored by the Friends of the San Gabriel Library, will be served. Parents and guardians are advised that food will be available, and a list of ingredients will be provided. The event is open to all ages; children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Registration is required for this free program and is available online.
The winner of Wednesday’s match will advance to the FIFA World Cup Final on Sunday at 12:00 pm, while the losing team will compete in the third-place playoff on Saturday at 2:00 pm.
