The “Love Monterey Park” Community Choice Awards have returned, giving residents a fresh opportunity to celebrate the businesses and organizations that help define the city’s character and charm.

Now open for community voting, this year’s awards spotlight four major categories: Favorite Restaurant, Favorite Retail, Favorite Professional Service Provider, and Favorite Community Service Provider. Each category highlights a different corner of Monterey Park’s vibrant local scene, from dining and shopping to essential services and community support.
A new addition arrives for 2026: a Tea & Coffee Shop subcategory under the restaurant category. This update gives residents a chance to recognize their favorite spots for coffee, tea, and boba, an acknowledgment of the city’s thriving café culture.
Residents can cast their votes on Monterey Park’s official city voting site now through May 31, 2026, supporting the local favorites that help make the community unique.
