First it was Silicon Valley, then Santa Monica, lovingly dubbed as Silicon Beach, and now it’s Pasadena’s turn.

Few months ago we broke the news about Alibaba coming to Pasadena. Since then, we have teamed up with Innovate Pasadena to highlight and bring tech news of organizations, companies and events that are shaping up the city of Pasadena to be the new Silicon Rose this part of Southern California.
Two of these big tech events, “Wearable Tech and IoT LA” and the Pasadena tech week known as “Connect Pasadena,” are taking place in the near future .
1- Wearable Tech and IoT LA
This Los Angeles event of the year will take place right here in Pasadena. Curated by industry experts with dynamic keynotes, cutting-edge technologies, investment opportunities, wearable tech and IoT startups, experts, entrepreneurs, researchers, and athletes from NBA, Baseball players, etc.
