The department will host its second annual Open House on Thursday, June 25, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the Jackie Robinson Community Center, 1020 N. Fair Oaks Avenue.

The event is built for wandering, discovering, and chatting at your own pace. Visitors can stroll through a series of themed stations and speak directly with PWP experts about topics that shape everyday life in Pasadena. From new solar and battery‑storage rebates to practical tips for understanding your PWP bill, the Open House offers a chance to get clear, friendly explanations straight from the people who run the system.

Guests will also find insights on current and upcoming rates, long‑term infrastructure priorities, and the behind‑the‑scenes work that ensures reliable water and electric service across the city.
