Feeling like the week has taken a stress bite out of your psyche and body? Pasadena Public Library offers a free way to reset at their Hill Avenue Branch Library on Saturday, February 21st from 10:30 am – 11:15 am.

Take a pause from the rush of daily life with a morning guided meditation. Reduce stress, cultivate mindfulness, and connect with others through a shared practice of presence and calm.

For accessibility information and requests, contact the library site hosting the program. Providing at least 72 hours advance notice will help ensure availability.
