According to the latest election results, Measure SP appears on track for approval, although ballots are still being counted.

In a message to families and community members, Pasadena Unified School District Superintendent Angela Elizondo Baxter, Ed.D., thanked voters and supporters for their backing of local schools and acknowledged the efforts of the Yes on SP Committee.
“We are incredibly grateful to our community for the overwhelming support of SPUSD schools and to the Yes on SP Committee for the tremendous team effort,” Baxter said.
The superintendent said the district is anticipating a positive outcome for students and schools and looks forward to continuing its work with the community to support quality education.
Baxter also emphasized the district’s commitment to serving as responsible stewards of the public’s trust should the measure ultimately be approved.
Additional information is expected in the coming weeks as election officials continue counting ballots and finalize the results.
