Starting February 10, 2025, the South Pasadena Public Library started offering a new service for adults seeking basic tech assistance.

Tech Help sessions will take place on Mondays and Fridays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, offering adults a valuable opportunity to receive hands-on support for their phones, tablets, and laptops.
During these sessions, volunteers will assist attendees with navigating their devices, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on using various features. Participants are encouraged to bring their fully charged devices, along with any necessary login details, such as usernames and passwords, to ensure a smooth experience.
No pre-registration is required, making it easy for residents to drop by and get the help they need. Whether it’s setting up an account, learning to use a new app, or resolving technical glitches, the South Pasadena Public Library is ready to assist adults with their digital needs.
