Soft Opening for Landmark Theatres in Pasadena

Landmark Theatres, which took over the space vacated by Laemmle Theatres on 673 East Colorado Boulevard, aims to have a soft opening on Monday, December 19th, 2022, at 6:00 pm.

Tickets for Monday, December 19, are at normal prices and can be bought on their website. On Tuesday, December 20, tickets will be $9 all day.

The renovated space includes modern seating and an expanded concessions area, with gourmet food, beer and wine. The 1,300-seat venue will have seven-screen with upgraded sound and projection systems for a high-quality moviegoing experience.

The opening features will be:

• Avatar
• Babylon
• The Fabelmans

For over 40 years, Landmark has distinguished itself by showcasing a wide variety of films — ranging from independent and foreign film to popular films from Hollywood. They are dedicated to exhibiting and marketing primarily independent film, foreign-language films, documentaries, top-quality studio releases and restored classics. Patrons can receive a $10 gift voucher in January 2023 to use at the new theatre by joining their email list.
