On Thursday, Sept. 3, at 10:00 am, the Pasadena Senior Center will host a caregiver support workshop on Zoom, presented by Vivid Life Home Care. The session will focus on the emotional and mental health needs of caregivers.
Participants will explore common stressors, including burnout, compassion fatigue and role strain. They will also learn strategies for building resilience, setting healthy boundaries and practicing self-care. The workshop will address communication skills, peer support and recognizing when additional support may be needed.
The session will reinforce that caregiver well-being is essential to sustaining high-quality care. Registration is required.
