Residents woke up this morning to spotty drizzle, low clouds, and one of the coolest days since last Spring.

      By News Desk

Monday forecast calls for rain in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 70% amounting to less than a tenth of an inch. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 70. It will clear up in the evening, with a low around 49. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph after midnight.
