The City of San Gabriel and the San Gabriel Human Equity, Access, and Relations (HEAR) Commission will be hosting a free Mental Wellness Expo on Sunday, September 18 from noon to 4:00 pm at the Grapevine Arbor in the historic Mission District.

Residents and community members will be able to access mental health resources and information at the event. The expo will feature workshops and presentations made by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health in English, Mandarin, and Spanish. They will be covering topics such as grief and loss, childhood anxiety and depression, and anxiety disorders.
Informational booths by other community groups will also be present:

- YWCA San Gabriel Valley and more
