On Saturday, August 1st, San Gabriel Valley (SGV) Habitat partnered with Side Street Projects and Boys Team Charity to bring Hands-on Habitat to life. Your family too can pitch into ongoing rebuilding efforts.

This free family event brought community members together for a day of hands-on learning, connection, and fun. Events like these are an important part of SGV Habitat’s work.

They give the public and organization both an opportunity to connect with the communities in need, welcome new faces, and inspire future volunteers, donors, and Habitat homeowners. Construction skills are not required to make a difference. Friendly check-in people are needed, as are Restore retail workers and office personnel.

New volunteer opportunities are added every week. Visit the SGV Habitat website for more details.
