Salastina is inviting adult musicians to immerse themselves in a full week of chamber music, community, and artistic growth through its upcoming workshop designed for passionate ensemble players. The six‑day program brings together the organization’s resident artists and a welcoming cohort of fellow music lovers for an intensive yet supportive musical experience.

The workshop blends serious artistic work with a strong sense of community. Participants will rehearse and perform in small chamber ensembles, take part in masterclasses and guided musical discussions, and join informal reading sessions that encourage exploration and collaboration. Shared lunches and social gatherings throughout the week help foster connections among musicians who keep music in their lives purely out of love.
A final public performance caps the week, giving participants the opportunity to showcase their ensemble work. Musicians may also choose to record their group, or themselves individually, in Caltech’s new state‑of‑the‑art recording studio.
No professional résumé is required to apply. Organizers note that participants simply need confident reading skills and experience with chamber repertoire.
