Robbins Brothers hosted “Perfect Pairings,” an afternoon event featuring wine, tarot and fine jewelry, on Saturday, Aug. 8, at the company’s new showroom at 587 E. Colorado Blvd. The event was open to the public from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.

“Perfect Pairings” was the fourth event Robbins Brothers has hosted this year. Previous events included the private Gentleman’s Vault event in June and a Mother’s Day event held in partnership with nonprofit organization 4th Trimester.
The company said it plans to host additional events as it works to bring customers, local businesses and members of Los Angeles’ entertainment industry to its Pasadena location.
Robbins Brothers traces its history to 1921, when the family business opened its first jewelry store in Seattle. The company moved to California in the 1950s and took over an existing jewelry business in Pasadena.
The Pasadena location is the company’s newest showroom and is part of a broader effort to update its retail-store format.
