The extended public comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Arroyo Seco Water Reuse Project will close at the end of the day on Thursday, July 2, 2026.

The Arroyo Seco Water Reuse Project is a joint infrastructure proposal by the cities of Pasadena and South Pasadena. The project is designed to capture stormwater, reduce bacteria and other pollutants in urban runoff, and recharge local groundwater supplies.

The complete DEIR is available online through the City of Pasadena Planning & Community Development Department’s website. Residents may submit comments through the website’s comment section or by emailing cmonde@cityofpasadena.net.

Residents wishing to provide official feedback on the Draft Environmental Impact Report are encouraged to submit comments before the public comment period closes on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
