Large portions of Arcadia are without power this morning, leaving traffic signals dark at multiple intersections throughout the city.

      By News Desk

Crews are working to establish four-way stops where needed. Drivers should approach dark traffic signals slowly and treat them as four-way stops, using extra caution.

Residents should allow extra travel time and watch for pedestrians, standing water, and other roadway hazards. Avoid unnecessary travel during periods of heavy rain, if possible. Never drive through flooded roadways or around barricades.

Internet and phone service are also disrupted in some areas. Arcadia Police and 911 dispatch remain operational.

Southern California Edison has not provided an estimated restoration time. Residents should check SCE’s power outage map for updates. Additional information will be shared as it becomes available.
