the peek-a-boo
of sun through clouds…
it’s not clear yet
whether he’s mocking me
or asking me out

fireflies flit
in and out of the edge
of the woods
surely an invitation
to twilit revels

Michele Harvey often walks along the edges of life. She wanders the country lanes of Hamilton, NY and city streets of NYC, jotting down the hidden and half-revealed, where the passing imagery is transformed into poems.

Susan Delphine Delaney is a psychiatrist living and working in Plano, Texas. Each day, she peeks out at the universe with a “begging bowl”. She often discovers “micropuddles”. When she peeks into them they reveal the whole of the universe. She captures them especially with her photos, haiku and tanka.
