INSIDE OUR SCHOOLS
Linda Wah, a trustee board member of Pasadena City College, was named president of California Community College Trustees (CCCT).
CCCT convened for their Annual Business Meeting, during the Community College League of California‘s 2019 Annual Trustees Conference, and the following officers were elected to the Board:
- President: Linda Wah, Pasadena Area CCD
- President-Elect: Stephan Castellanos, San Joaquin Delta CCD
- First Vice President: Adrienne Grey, West Valley-Mission CCD
- Second Vice President: Kenneth Brown, El Camino CCD
Linda Wah, the newly elected president, said:
I am honored to serve as the President of the CCCT, and to continue the initiatives to ensure our California Community College students have access to high-quality education and the assistance and resources to complete and succeed.
New officers of the CCCT Board begin their term on June 1, 2019. The CCCT Board takes positions on education policy issues that come before the California Community Colleges Board of Governors and the California State Legislature.
The Community College League of California is a nonprofit public benefit corporation with a voluntary membership of the 72 local community college districts in California.
