One Colorado is introducing a free monthly wellness series featuring yoga, Pilates, sound baths, breathwork and chair massages. The events will be held on the third Sunday morning of each month from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the second-level office space at 35 Hugus Alley, Suite 200.

The program is designed to promote wellness, balance and community through a variety of restorative experiences. Classes will be led by instructors from Equinox Pasadena and practitioners from Somer Skye Energy Works.

Equinox sessions will include complimentary five-minute chair massages available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants attending fitness classes are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Those attending sound bath sessions are welcome to bring blankets and pillows for additional comfort.

The event space is located on the second level at 35 Hugus Alley, Suite 200. Visitors can access the stairwell by heading to Sushi Roku at 33 Miller Alley. The stairs are directly across from the restaurant and to the right of the IPIC marquee. Once on the balcony level, guests should enter through the second set of double doors on the left.
