Pasadena’s 2026 rental registration is now open for all residential rental properties in the city. Property owners must register their properties with Pasadena’s Rental Registry by Saturday, October 31, 2026.

      By News Desk

The 2026 registration fee is $236.54 per unit. Property owners are encouraged to register early to avoid late fees and allow time to resolve any questions before the deadline.

This year, the Rent Stabilization Department updated the Rental Registry portal with a streamlined, five-step registration process. Users can save their progress and return later while gathering the information needed to complete registration.

Property owners who need assistance can attend one of the department’s upcoming walk-in registration sessions:

      – Tuesday, September 15, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Robinson Park Recreation Center, 1081 N. Fair Oaks Avenue

      – Monday, September 21, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Victory Park Recreation Center, 2575 Paloma Street

      – Wednesday, September 30, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Robinson Park Recreation Center, 1081 N. Fair Oaks Avenue

Property owners should bring their account login information and the most up-to-date information about their rental property and units. Additional walk-in sessions will be available at the Rent Stabilization Department’s office in October.

For more information, to complete registration, or to learn about available assistance, contact the Rent Stabilization Department at (626) 744-7999 or visit the Rental Registry website.
