The Center for Independent Study (CIS Academy), Pasadena Adult Living Skills (PALS), Rose City High School, and Twilight Adult Education programs had a meet and greet Thursday morning, August 15th.

Staff from several programs introduced themselves, networked about how they could collaborate, and enjoyed breakfast at their new campus, the former Wilson Middle School quad.
CIS Principal Larry Torres, Rose City HS Principal Michael Bell, PALS leader Jamie Munro, and Twilight Adult leader Epi Cruz addressed the group. Aveson Charter School will also be using a part of the campus at times for a group of their students.
It is hoped that the co-location of these programs will lead to increased collaboration and synergy for the benefit of the students and families these programs serve. “We are so excited to have these programs join us. We each offer something a little different to students. Together we can find solutions that will only help our students.” said Torres. Dr. Bell added “Different schools, one campus: united in diversity, we are building a community where every voice is heard, every dream is nurtured, and every individual shines.”
