Embark on an Epic Scientific Adventure!

Students of all ages are invited to the PUSD Science Fest on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at John Muir High School Early College Magnet, 1905 Lincoln Ave, Pasadena, from noon to 5:00 pm. This is a free event and is open to the entire community. Tickets are not required.
The PUSD Science Fest promises an exciting lineup of events, interactive exhibits, and hands-on activities that will captivate science enthusiasts of all ages. The event aims to inspire and inform K-12 students and their families about the opportunities for science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), computing, and environmental-based careers in the region.
Law enforcement, first responders, sports, TV and film companies, medical providers, public health, water, and power companies will demonstrate how they apply science and use technology-dependent tools in their trades. Leading scientific, engineering, environmental, and medical institutions, organizations, and companies from the local area and across the LA region will showcase the projects, space missions, and research they carry out. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about real-life applications of the skills they are learning, educational and career pathways available to them, and sources of guidance and support.
All PUSD schools are invited to exhibit aspects of their curriculum or extracurricular activities that relate to STEAM. The event is organized by parent and staff volunteers, and all participating groups are volunteers participating in a non-commercial capacity.
