Pasadena Water & Power (PWP) is once again hosting its annual Garden Show and Tell, inviting customers to showcase their water‑wise landscaping and inspire their neighbors.

This year’s competition runs from Monday, April 27, through Friday, June 12, and all entrants will receive a free native plant while supplies last.
Community members are encouraged to submit photos and descriptions of their garden transformations—from traditional turf to drought‑tolerant, sustainable landscapes. Each week, one standout garden will be selected as the Garden of the Week and featured on PWP’s website and social media channels.
Participants must be PWP customers to enter. More information is available on PWP’s website, and entries may be emailed to Water@CityOfPasadena.net.
Pasadena Water and Power’s Water Awareness Month
Throughout May, Pasadena Water and Power joins utilities nationwide in celebrating Water Awareness Month, an annual campaign dedicated to highlighting the importance of one of the world’s most precious resources: water.
PWP will host a variety of free, public events, including educational programs, tours, and contests, focused on water sustainability and community resilience. Some activities require registration. Full event details are available at PWPweb.com/TheRippleEffect.
