The City of Pasadena’s Rent Stabilization Department is inviting rental property owners who need personalized assistance completing their Rental Registry registration to attend upcoming walk-in sessions.

      By News Desk

Rental Registry staff will guide owners through the registration process and answer account-specific questions. Owners should bring their account login information and the most current information about their rental units.

Sessions will be held in the First Floor Conference Room at the Rent Stabilization Department, 199 S. Los Robles Ave., on the following dates:

      • Thursday, Oct. 8, from 9:00 am to noon
      • Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm
      • Thursday, Oct. 22, from 9:00 am to noon
      • Thursday, Oct. 29, from 9:00 am to noon

Owners must complete their registration and pay the annual registration fee of $236.54 per unit by Oct. 31, 2026. A seven-day grace period will extend through Nov. 7. During that period, owners may complete outstanding registration requirements without incurring a late fee.

Beginning Nov. 8, incomplete registrations will be subject to a late fee in addition to the annual registration fee.

More information about the Rental Registry, registration requirements and the complete walk-in assistance schedule is available at this link. For assistance, contact the Rent Stabilization Department at 626-744-7999 or RentalRegistry@CityOfPasadena.net.
