      City of Pasadena Announces new Online and Telephone Payment

      The City of Pasadena announced the launch of their new online and telephone payment portals, offering residents and businesses a convenient option for managing accounts receivable/general billing, business license payments, and health permit payments.

      The new payment system offers several features to facilitate bill payments and/or renewal of licenses or permits. Users can access the payment system:

      1. Online at: CityOfPasadena.net
      2. Telephone Payment System:
        (626) 744-4166 for Business License
        (626) 744-4291 for Accounts Receivable / General Billing

      This new system will provide a more convenient avenue for residents and businesses to handle their financial transactions with the City of Pasadena. The launch of these new systems reflects Pasadena’s ongoing efforts to embrace digital innovation and enhance service delivery to its community.

       City of Pasadena new Online and Telephone Payment System is for:

      • Accounts Receivable
      • General Billing,
      • Business License, and
      • Health Permits

      Note: This new system is not for Pasadena Water & Power billing or payments.

      Pasadena Latino Heritage Committee announces Election of  2024 Committee Co-Chairs Vannia De La Cuba and Lisa Barrios and new Board Members

      City of Pasadena Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department (PRCS) and the Pasadena Latino Heritage Committee announced the election of the 2024 board including Co-Chairs Vannia De La Cuba and Lisa Barrios.

      Lisa Barrios, District Council Liaison for Councilmember Justin Jones, is a lifelong Pasadena resident who has worked with local students and families in areas ranging from education, healthcare, foster care, and immigration, to mentoring and leadership development in the non-profit and social enterprise sectors. Lisa is an alumnus of PUSD schools and Pasadena City College, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

      Vannia De La Cuba serves as Council District Liaison to Mayor Victor M. Gordo. A Pasadena resident since age 5, she attended PUSD schools and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. Vannia joined Mayor Gordo as his District 5 Field Representative in 2003.

      Joining Lisa and Vannia on the PLH Committee Board are:

      – Secretary of the Board: Margo Morales

      – Volunteer Coordinator: Sandra Parra

      – Fundraising: Araceli Mellem

      – Marketing and Outreach: Amy Castillo

      Pasadena’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department, Senior Commission, and Pasadena Village will host the City’s third annual celebration of Older Americans Month on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at Victory Park, 2575 Paloma St.

      The free event will highlight Pasadena’s array of resources for older adults and offer giveaways, food, presentations and much more! The event will begin with remarks from several public officials. Registration, more information, and a list of exhibitors at this link.

      Older Americans Month is celebrated nationwide in May and led by the Federal Administration for Community Living. The 2024 theme is Powered By Connection, which recognizes the profound impact that meaningful relationships and social connections have on our health and well-being.
