      PWP Online Services Temporarily Unavailable

      Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) will perform scheduled maintenance that will temporarily disable its online systems, including the MyMeter portal and mobile app.

      Outage begins: Friday, May 30 at 6:30 pm

      Expected to end: Sunday, June 1 at 8:00 pm

      During this time, MyMeter and the PWP mobile app will be offline. Plan ahead for bill payments or account access.

      Overnight Sewer Work on Los Robles & Allen

      Overnight sewer repairs will take place this week, including pipe cleaning and CIPP liner installation.

      • Wednesday, May 28: Los Robles Ave. (Villa St. to Maple St.)
      • Thursday, May 29: Allen Ave. (Locust St. to Walnut St.)
      • Work Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

      Drivers should use caution in the work zones.

      Pride Flag Raising Ceremony on June 2

      Join the City of Pasadena in celebrating Pride Month with its annual flag raising ceremony.

      E-Waste and Document Shredding Event on June 7

      Safely dispose of electronics and sensitive documents at this one-day event.

      • Date: Saturday, June 7
      • Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
      • Location: Brookside Park Lot I, 360 N. Arroyo Blvd.
      • Limit: 3 legal-sized boxes per household
      • Bring proof of Pasadena residency

      Event ends early if trucks fill up.

      Illegal Fireworks = Big Fines

      Reminder: All fireworks are illegal in Pasadena.

      Violators can face:

      • Arrest
      • Vehicle impound
      • Fines up to $50,000
      • Up to 1 year in jail

      Celebrate safely; report illegal fireworks activity to help prevent injuries and fires.

      Utility Worker Scams

      • PWP employees wear photo IDs with the City seal and arrive in official vehicles.
      • Contractors carry badges and pre-schedule visits.
      • To verify anyone claiming to be with PWP, call (626) 744-4005

      Fake Police Officer Phone Scam

      • Scammers are impersonating Pasadena police and demanding money over the phone.
      • Don’t fall for it: Pasadena PD will never ask for money or make arrest threats by phone.
      • Report suspicious calls: (626) 744-4241

      Free Bulky Item Pickup

      Pasadena refuse customers can schedule two free bulky item pickups per year.

      Apartment residents: Contact your private hauler for disposal.
