The Chabad of Pasadena invites the community to attend a Grand Menorah Lighting, 4:00 pm Wednesday, Dec. 25, at the steps of Pasadena City Hall.

There will be a 10-foot Menorah filled with chocolates and dreidels. Jelly donuts, hot latkes (potato pancakes), Chanukah Glitter Tattoos, Decorate Chanukah Socks, and Chanukah Arts and Crafts.

The Jewish holiday, Hanukkah will begin at sundown Wednesday, Dec. 25 and will end on the evening of Jan. 2, 2025. On each of the eight nights of the holiday, a candle is lit on a menorah. It’s also known as “The Festival of Lights” and “The Festival of Rededication.”

The event will take place at the steps of Pasadena City Hall from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
