The City of Pasadena has collaborated with L.A. County, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Caltrans, and neighboring jurisdictions to establish haul routes for the Phase 2 Fire Debris Removal Program.

Three designated haul routes have been established for the Pasadena/Altadena area:
- West of Lake Ave:
Trucks will follow Woodbury Road, Arroyo Blvd, and access the I-210 on/off ramps. - East of Lake Ave and west of Eaton Canyon Golf Course:
The route will go from New York Drive to Sierra Madre Villa Ave, then to Rosemead Blvd, and onto the I-210 on/off ramps. - East of Eaton Canyon Golf Course:
Hauling trucks will use Michillinda Ave to access the I-210 on/off ramps.
Signal timings
To minimize disruptions, trucks will travel local streets to reach the designated routes before heading to the freeway. The City has announced that signal timings along these routes will be adjusted to accommodate the increased truck traffic.
Residents are urged to be patient and exercise caution while navigating areas with additional truck movement, as this phase is crucial to the recovery process.
