Pasadena Public Works’ Street Maintenance–Graffiti Abatement team has completed a focused cleanup at the Holly Street Bridge, clearing graffiti from the underside and upper pillars of the North Arroyo underpass.

Crews used a bucket truck to reach high‑elevation markings and worked with the Street Lighting and Traffic Signal team to manage traffic and ensure safety during the operation.
According to city staff, the bridge remains structurally sound. Officials say they will continue monitoring the area to prevent repeat vandalism, particularly in locations that are difficult to access.
The effort closes out multiple resident‑submitted service requests through the Citizen Service Center. Those who reported the issue should now see the site fully restored.
The city notes that ongoing vigilance and quick response remain central to maintaining the Arroyo Seco corridor and protecting Pasadena’s public infrastructure.
