Pasadena City College (PCC) plans to create a Fall 2020 schedule that is primarily online.

Only a small percentage of PCC courses will be offered in a face-to-face environment. The classes offered face-to-face will be limited to those in which the course content cannot be delivered in any online forms.
In some cases, a combination of online and face-to-face may be necessary. Programs that include classes that will have a portion scheduled face-to-face are primarily in the areas of CTE, Health Sciences, Natural Sciences, Kinesiology, and Visual and Performing Arts.
Summer 2020
All the course offerings for the Summer school are online. Students can register for classes at this link.

I’m all for it actually. 90% of youths can not survive or sustain themselves without working at least 30 hours a week. If college courses were offered online most people would be able to hold their jobs and progress in their education at the same time.
But, remember, there are some classes that simply cannot be taught that way. Sports, theater, music, art, etc. And a large part of an education is coming in contact and getting to know people who are different from you and those from other cultures. And extracurricular activities of all kinds.
Not what most students want, but a necessity all over the country.
