      Notice has been given for Pasadena’s Primary Municipal Election, scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, 2026, for City Council Districts 3, 5, and 7.

      Nomination papers for candidates seeking these City Council offices will be available from Monday, February 9 through Friday, March 6, 2026. The filing period will close at 5:00 pm. Nomination papers may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk, located at 100 North Garfield Avenue, Room S228, Pasadena.

      Candidates may receive and circulate nomination petitions to gather signatures from registered voters in order to have their names placed on the June 2 ballot. The election is for Members of the City Council representing Districts 3, 5, and 7, each serving a full four-year term.

      The City Clerk’s Office will conduct identical Candidate Workshops at 8:00 am on Monday, February 9, and at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, February 11. Both workshops will be held in the City Clerk’s Office at 100 North Garfield Avenue, Room S228. Appointments are also available by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (626) 744-4124 or by emailing [CityClerk@CityOfPasadena.net](mailto:CityClerk@CityOfPasadena.net).

      Election information is available online at CityOfPasadena.net/Elections or by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (626) 744-4124 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. The webpage will be updated periodically with candidate nomination information.

      Voter registration information is available at City Hall offices, public libraries, and post offices, as well as online at RegisterToVote.ca.gov.
