      Senior Grab and Go Meals:

      While L.A. County Parks remain closed on Monday, August 21, the following sites will offer Senior Grab and Go meals. Seniors can pick up meals at the designated times:

      •   Roosevelt Park – 11:30 am
      • Yvonne Burke Senior Center – 11:30 am
      • Steinmetz Park – 12:00 pm
      • Salazar Park – 11:30 am
      • Stephen Sorensen Park – 11:00 am
      • Lennox Park – 11:30 am

          Los Angeles County has closed Red Box Road access to the Mount Wilson Observatory until further notice due to multiple rock slides.

          PPHD office (1845 N. Fair Oaks Ave.) is closed on Monday, Aug. 21. Select services are available remotely. For info call: (626) 744-6000. In-person operations will resume on Tuesday, Aug. 22.

          Most cities' crews have begun checking the area for downed trees, traffic hazards, and clogged drains, while Edison and PWP crews are checking power lines. If you see or notice any storm-related damage, contact your local Public Works.
