      L.A. FIRE CHIEF: “SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS” EXPECTED

      L.A. Fire Chief, Kristin Crowley, said at a news conference that the storm is expected to bring ‘significant impacts’ in the Antelope Valley and San Gabriel Mountains areas. 3″ – 7″ of rain and winds between 40 – 70 miles per hour are expected, according to Crowley.
