As part of the traffic circle construction project on Hill Avenue, a full detour for both southbound and northbound vehicular traffic will start Wednesday afternoon. This will allow the contractor to construct the full traffic circle in one phase and complete the traffic circle by Friday afternoon. The full detour will last until Friday afternoon.
Residents living along Hill Avenue between Elizabeth Street and Atchison Street will be allowed to access their homes because the road will not be fully closed.
