The City of Pasadena has launched a new Employee Demographics Dashboard, a public-facing tool that provides information about the City’s municipal workforce.

      By News Desk

The dashboard offers a snapshot of Pasadena’s municipal workforce, including employee demographics, position titles, pay types, and comparisons with the City’s available labor pool. Users can apply interactive filters to explore the data and see how their selections affect the charts and workforce comparisons.

The dashboard is available on the City’s Human Resources webpage.

Residents, employees, researchers, and other stakeholders can use the dashboard to explore:

      • Gender and race/ethnicity data self-identified by employees at the time of hire
      • Position titles, pay types, and other workforce information
      • Comparisons between City employee demographics and Pasadena’s available labor pool
      • Interactive filters that allow users to refine selections and update the charts

The tool is available for residents, employees, researchers, and others interested in examining Pasadena’s municipal workforce data.
