Elizabeth (Lisa) Barrios has been named the new District Liaison to Councilmember Justin Jones in District 3.

Lisa was born and raised in Pasadena, has worked with local students and families in areas ranging from education, health care, foster care, and immigration, to mentoring and leadership development, in the non-profit and social-enterprise sectors.
Councilmember Justin Jones released a statement thanking former District Liaison Susana Porras for her hard work: “I thank Susana for her service and wish her the best in her new position as Program Coordinator I for the Pasadena Police Department. Susana’s last day will be Friday, April 7 at which point her successor, Elizabeth (Lisa) Barrios will take her place.”
He added, “She brings great knowledge and passion to improve the lives of residents in District 3 — having lived and worked here. I am confident Lisa and team will make this a seamless transition.”
