Mt. Lowe Chamber Players Concert at Altadena Library

Mt Lowe Chamber Players free classical chamber music concert will take place at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 26, 2020, at the Altadena Main Library.

In its inaugural concert, titled “Auspicious Beginnings: Music for Strings,” Mt. Lowe Chamber Players will perform music for string quartet from the early careers of Rossini, Mozart, Ives and Juan Crisostomo Arriaga.

The Mt. Lowe Chamber Players members are professional Altadena musicians who regularly perform with area ensembles such as the LA Phil, LA Chamber Orchestra, LA Opera, Pasadena Symphony and others:

• Joel Pargman and Carrie Kennedy (violins).
• Dmitri Bovaird (viola).
• Delores Bing and Christina Soule (celli).
• Steve Edelman (bass).

Admission is free. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are included, wine and beer are available for purchase.
