There may be few sensations more soothing, or better for your blood pressure, than letting the soft yarns of craftwork slide through your fingers. A monthly gathering at the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden Library aims to share those benefits every second Friday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Bring your maker materials and imagination, fiber arts such as knitting or crocheting, metalwork, or even a book, and spend an evening outside at the beautiful Arboretum or inside the Arboretum Library enjoying botanical inspiration and creativity.
The meetup takes place monthly and is free of charge. Participants bring a range of skills and are happy to help beginners get started. Masks are welcome for those who prefer them, and the library also uses fans for ventilation.
RSVP to Susan Eubank, Arboretum Librarian, Emeritus, at Susan.Eubank@arboretum.org by 5:30 pm on the Wednesday preceding each Friday meetup.
