Come down to Barnes Park for three free nights of cinema under the stars.

Summer nights are back! Join the City of Monterey Park Recreation & Community Services Department for the 2026 Summer Movies in the Park series.

Enjoy free family-friendly films with activities beginning at 7:00 pm, and movies at sunset (roughly 9:00 pm) in conjunction with the weekly Farmers’ Market.

This summer’s lineup includes “GOAT” on July 9, “The Incredibles” on July 23, and “Shark Tale” on August 8.

Bring a blanket, enjoy family-friendly activities, and catch free movies under the stars at Barnes Park and George Elder Park Pool.
