      gmoIt’s now or never.

      The House Agricultural Committee has just endorsed the anti-labeling bill H.R. 1599, which opponents have dubbed the Deny Americans the Right to Know – or DARK – Act, and the full House vote could be coming up any day now.

      Your representative is on the fence about whether or not to support this reprehensible bill and we need your immediate help to make sure they are on the right side of history. Their vote could be the difference between protecting our right to know what’s in our food or making it impossible to ever get a national mandatory labeling law passed.

      Make your voice heard

      We need you to pick up the phone right now and make your voice heard by calling 844-311-6262 to be connected to your representative’s office, so you can tell him or her to oppose the DARK Act before it’s too late!

      If passed, the DARK Act will:

      • Preempt all state GMO labeling efforts;
      • Make it virtually impossible for the Food and Drug Administration to ever require mandatory labeling nationwide;
      • Codify our broken voluntary labeling system;
      • Block states, counties and municipalities from regulating GMO crop production to protect human health and the environment;
      • Allow GMOs in so-called “natural” foods.

      Monsanto, Big Food and other special interests back this bill for their own benefit, despite the fact that over 90 percent of Americans support a mandatory labeling law. Can we count on you to take action and stand up for our right to know today?

      Please call 844-311-6262 right now and urge your representative to vote NO on H.R. 1599, the DARK Act!

      What are Big Food companies hiding anyway?

      We deserve to know what’s in our food.

      Time to speak up.
