From poets to teachers to Emergency Room workers, people everywhere notice an uptick in oddness around our monthly event, the full moon. Monrovia’s Underdog Bookstore hosts a regular event (in person and online too) to help you write down all your thoughts about the moonlight.

During the full moon each month, Underdog hosts a guided meditation and writing group. Writers meet at 7:00 pm in the Monrovia store and will also be streaming via Zoom for those joining virtually.
All are welcome and encouraged to write and share or listen and reflect during this peaceful meditative time. You are welcome to bring your own mats, writing supplies, spiritual tools etc. Whatever you need to feel comfortable and enjoy the evening!
