Rose City High School is proud to present Florence Winslow as the Class of 2021 Valedictorian.

As an aspiring artist, Florence participated in ArtWorks L.A. Art gallery where she took a leadership role for the show at the Skirball Cultural Center. She was also a contributing artist of “No Boundaries” (a collaborative project with Side Street Projects) for two years.
Florence was involved in varsity softball at her previous high school (Fairfax High) where her team won the championships for the first time.
Florence won three scholarships. She is one of the first of eight students to receive the ROSE Scholars Scholarship from Tournament of Roses. She received an ArtCenter Scholarship from No Boundaries, and the Norman Schmidt Scholarship.
Florence will be attending Pasadena City College to study Architecture and will continue to find a career in social work thereafter. Congratulations Florence Winslow!
