On Tuesday, May 9, Pasadena celebrated the swearing-in of seven new recruits to the Pasadena Police Department.

City Clerk Mark Jomsky took the oath from each of the seven young men new to the force. Five of them have already been on foot patrols and all are ready to become a welcome part of Pasadena’s city life.
The newest officers are:
- Michael Bentley
- Jonathan Bombardier
- Enrique Delgado
- Sergio Galindo
- Edgar Moreno
- Marcus Morgan
- Jordan Norwood
