Her community and volunteer work includes serving on the Pasadena Central Library Teen Advisory Board for five years and as a volunteer at the Huntington Library in the 11th and 12 grades.

Genevieve is an IB Diploma Candidate her IB Learner Profile is Knowledgeable. In her Junior Year she received a Smith College Book Award Recipient, for academic achievement, leadership qualities, and concern for others.
