love-bannerThis is what I know about love and how to stay in it.

Here are 12 tips to make your valentine’s last all year long.

-      Start by loving yourself.

-     Experience what it feels like to love yourself.

-      Forgive yourself.

-      Give yourself a license to make mistakes.

-      Show your love for others in words and actions.

-      Love unconditionally time and time again.

-      Be tolerant.

-      Love is never a movie nor a romance novel.

-      Love those who don’t love you.

-    Take risk and accept it.

-     Empathize with people*.

-      Never stop loving.
