Equestfest Features Rose Bowl Parade Equestrian Groups (Photo – Tournament of Roses)
Each year, the Rose Parade’s equestrian units showcase their breeds and talents with live performances at Equestfest.

This year’s lineup includes Altadena’s beloved Los Hermanos Bañuelos Charro Team, one of 17 participating groups (full group details here).
Taking place Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, this family-friendly event features an exciting equestrian showcase, musical performances, and a food and vendor court. The equestrian show highlights a wide range of horse breeds, along with dynamic drills, dances, tricks, and thrills.
Attendees are invited to visit the warm-up rings to watch equestrian participants prepare before their performances. There may also be opportunities to meet the performers and take part in educational and interactive exhibits.
