Last night, on Nov. 5, the United States House of Representatives passed a bipartisan Infrastructure Bill.
By News Desk
Assemblymember Chris Holden released the following statement:
The bipartisan infrastructure bill is exactly what our country needs right now to create jobs and fix our transportation and water systems.
I am optimistic that the potential billions that may come to California will help secure funding to extend the Gold Line to Montclair, I will continue to my efforts to make that a reality. The extension will connect two large counties and bring much-needed relief to one of the busiest commute corridors in the country.
The sooner we can complete the Gold Line extension, the sooner we can clean our air, curb climate pollution, and relieve traffic congestion in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Country.

I would like to see the Gold Line go even further than Montclair and into either Rancho Cucamonga or Ontario and possibly ending either at Ontario Mills or the Ontario Airport with a stop at the Ontario Convention Center.
