      Everyone is welcome. There will be vegan samples from restaurants such as Maciel’s Plant-Based Butcher Shop and Yoga-urt (both women-owned small businesses). My Zero Waste Store, Pasadena will share ways to reduce plastic use and a representative from the Pasadena Library will share information on Seed Library and earth-friendly workshops. Blessing of the Animals! Information packets on climate change and resource guides.
      Bring sneakers, eyeglasses to recycle for those in need, and plastic grocery bags to be reused by their Community Pantry.

      Their Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates Japanese and Japanese American culture by showcasing a wide array of traditional and contemporary arts, influences, and issues. The festival features art and craft sales, taiko drum and Japanese dance performances, martial arts and cultural demonstrations, community exhibits and delicious food. Thousands of people from throughout Southern California and beyond attend the two days of festivities. Entry to the Festival is free.
